The Norvell era starts on the recruiting trail

In all the hoopla over the Mike Norvell announcement you might’ve missed the fact that FSU found out its bowl destination; hello Texas and hello Herm Edwards’ Arizona State Sun Devils.

How different would things have been if FSU had gone all-in on Jayden Daniels despite the recruitment of Sam Howell at the time?

Mike Norvell wants to be the coach that brings FSU back.

FSU fans may be wary of hiring another head coach with little to no power 5 HC experience but to call him another Willie Taggart would be a lazy comparison.

It’s official; Mike Norvell is FSU’s Head Coach and what we know about the contract so far seems very FSU-friendly.

Coach Norvell’s first trip is to see four-star wide receiver Malachi Wideman; he’s had a phenomenal senior season.

Four-star WR Marcus Fleming was still on campus for his official visit when the news broke.

Josh Griffis has flipped to Louisville; we’ll see how quickly FSU can get back into his recruitment (if they want to).
