Recruiting:
Florida State made waves with their Saturday Night Live event over the weekend, and the ripples are still being felt. Four-star running back Lawrance Toafili will bring his family to visit FSU today. This is after FSU hosted four running back recruits during SNL.
Speaking of running backs, FSU’s top target Jaylan Knighton is planning to announce his commitment tonight, choosing between Florida State and Ohio State.
Another running back that FSU hosted at SNL, Caziah Holmes, is expected to announce his commitment within the next two weeks. Can FSU pull Holmes away from Penn State?
FSU quarterback commit and Tribe20 bell-cow Jeff Sims spoke about his experience at this year’s SNL event and how the class is like a brotherhood.
Football:
ESPN took a deep dive at what makes college football meme’s tick, and of course FSU features prominently, for better or worse.
Four days until FSU starts fall camp, but you wouldn’t know it based on the graphic the social media department put out.
Other Sports:
FSU’s football team isn’t the only one hot on the recruiting trail; the baseball team picked up not one but two commitments:
I am truly blessed to say that I have committed to Florida State University to further my education and also my baseball career. I would like to thank my parents, coaches and most of all God. #gonoles @FSUBaseball #compete4him pic.twitter.com/tjBETmIA3q
