We’re 16 days away from a new Florida State football season, so let’s wallow in the misery of last year as much as we can by realizing even further how putrid the Seminoles’ offense was:
FSU had 253 designed runs vs FBS on 1st and 2nd down. They miraculously averaged 3.36/carry but 848 of their 850 yards came after contact. I literally refreshed my browser and looked again because I figured that couldn’t be right. It might be the craziest stat I’ve ever seen.
