Florida State released its game notes ahead of its game against No. 25 Virginia on Thursday, including a new and updated depth chart.

On the offensive side of the ball, things remain the same. Left tackle Jauan Williams is still listed as a starter, though Willie Taggart announced on Thursday that he’ll be unavailable in the game, with Abdul Bello instead getting the start. Running back Anthony Grant is also listed, but his status was changed to unavailable by Taggart as well.

After two straight defensive collapses, there’s been some adjustments to the depth chart. Senior safety Levonta Taylor didn’t play last week (he was eligible to play, Taggart confirmed during Monday’s press conference), but is now listed as the second OR at the strong safety position, along with junior Cyrus Fagan and freshman Akeem Dent.

Sophmore Jaiden Lars-Woodbey will remain at linebacker, as confirmed by defensive coordinator Harlon Barnett on Wednesday, though Barnett remains “looking at everything and all possibilities.”

However, senior Dontavious Jackson has acquiesced his solo starting spot at his position, now listed as the first OR along with redshirt junior Emmet Rice and freshman Jaleel McRae.

As a result of an investigation into a DUI case, senior Logan Tyler is off the two-deep, with punter Tommy Martin now listed as starter along with kicker Parker Grothaus, who will be handling kickoff duties.

The updated depth chart reflects Taggart’s comments during Monday’s, where he talked about holding player’s accountable for mistakes, saying “if a guy is continuing to make mistakes, shame on you for allowing him to keep playing.”
