Florida State is keeping the football schedule jam packed with exciting series. Today, FSU announced that the ‘Noles will play LSU in a Labor Day weekend home-neutral and home-neutral series.
In 2022, the Noles will travel to meet the Tigers in the Superdome on September 4th. Ed Orgeron’s Tigers are just getting over their hangovers from the last game they played in the Superdome a few short weeks ago, securing LSU’s third national title.
The Tigers will come to Florida and take on the Seminoles in Orlando on September 3, 2023 at Camping World Stadium.
Here’s the tweet and release from FSU:

In addition to the LSU series, Mike Norvell will have a difficult out of conference slate the first several years. Playing Florida every year is already a brutal annual out of conference game, and now LSU joins the ranks of major conference opponents.
In 2020, FSU plays West Virginia, Boise State and Florida. Notre Dame comes to Tallahassee in 2021. The distant future also includes dates with Alabama.
While FSU is not expected to contend for national or conference honors in the next two seasons, adding a rolling, formidable LSU program to the schedule in Mike Norvell’s third and fourth years is tough.
