Recruiting:

Jake Slaughter flipped to UF and it only took coach Atkins 48 hours to replace him as Niceville offensive lineman Kimo Makaneole has committed to Florida State.

2022 defensive end Tristan Monday has been offered by FSU.

2022 running back James Jointer, Jr. has been offered by Florida State and he’s well aware of the quality of running back FSU has put on the field lately.

2022 athlete Sam McCall has FSU in his top four; he’s ranked 47th nationally in 247’s 2022 Composite rankings.

2022 defensive tackle isn’t ranked yet but he’s already received offers from Georgia, Missouri, Texas A&M, and now Florida State.
