Florida State Seminoles football will be getting a key piece back on defense ahead of its rivalry matchup against Miami.
Hamsah Nasilrdeen, who has missed time since being carted off the field in last year’s regular season finale vs. Florida, is back on the depth chart in the leadup to Saturday’s primetime showdown.
“Any time you have an impactful player like Hamsah that has the versatility in all that he does in both the run game, passing game, it’s such a great dynamic to add, as well as his leadership ability, just who he is as a person,” Norvell said last week. “It definitely will be giving us a big boost, so we’re excited about it.
“He is doing everything he can,” defensive coordinator Adam Fuller said before the season opener vs. Georgia Tech. “Ham has been a great teammate. He is always there for support and energy.”
Nasilrideen is listed as co-starter at the buck position alongside Jaiden Lars-Woodbey.
