Recruiting
2021 wide receiver Destyn Hill, who the Florida State Seminoles are still hoping to pull as part of Tribe 21, showing some love to 2022

Look at Travis Hunter, FSU’s five-star 2022 commit, making moves to try and bring in 2022 gunslinger and recent South Carolina decommit Gunner Stockton:
Aye Gunner let’s remake that Mac Jones to DaVonta Smith at FSU https://t.co/rc91RLOhvo

The latest edition of our Transfer Portal FanPost thread is up, lovingly raised and taken care of by JoeNole1986. Hop in and talk the latest moves in the transfer abyss, and if you want to focus more on recruiting, you can head to that thread as well.
Remember — you (yes you, dear reader!) also can create your own FanPosts if you have something you want to talk about that isn’t being addressed in the comments of any articles or threads.
A how-to-guide from an ancient Frank text:
Did you know: That you are encouraged and welcomed to post a FANPOST anytime you have a well thought out opinion, comment, or idea. Your FANPOST must be about a subject that will likely inspire an extended discussion, must be at least 200 words, well written, and relevant to FSU sports.
Football
CoachAB went sicko mode (that’s a good thing, just so you all are aware) yesterday, dropping scouts on three different transfer pickups: Jammie Robinson, D.J. Williams, and Keir Thomas.
A small, minor event in football history:
45 years ago today, @FSUFootball hired Bobby Bowden.

Bills are signing former Giants’ RB Devonta Freeman to their practice squad, per his rep @DrewJRosenhaus. Bills need another back to make up for loss of RB Zack Moss.

Basketball
There’s been a few schedule changes for the Florida State women’s basketball team after a few postponements.
As for the men, they resume play against NC State tonight at 6:30, at home and on the ACC Network.
That’s not the only good news in the Florida State basketball program — AAC Preseason Player of the year Caleb Mills, who announced he’d be transferring from Houston last week, committed to the Seminoles. With the NCAA announcing in December it would approve immediate eligibility for all transfers, there’s an (unconfirmed) chance that he could suit up this season.
Scottie Barnes a top ten pick next year? Yahoo Sports thinks so.

"Devin is just a natural basketball player, he's just a really solid basketball player," says Coach Pop of the production Devin Vassell brings to a game beyond the box score.

Malia Berkley, who according to resident expert Prince Akeem Joeffer would have been a top 5 NWSL pick had she stayed in America, is headed to France:
