It’s nice to see the front squat becoming an integral part of the S&C program again:

Florida State is doing its part to make sure its athletes are ready for the big day on July 1st:

That’s a good thing because I would prefer the directive comes from FSU instead of possibly someone or something incompetent like the NCAA.

Recruiting:

FSU knocked it out the park on his visit and a couple of weeks later three-star linebacker Omar Graham, Jr. could wait no longer. He committed to Florida State yesterday live on his instagram page and then on twitter.

FSU’s 2022 recruiting class now ranks eighth nationally in 247’s Composite Rankings.

Having the most dominant recruit in the country on your commitment list is a big reason for that:

Five-star forward Dariq Whitehead took his official visit to FSU.
