Treon Harris, of Miami's Booker T. Washington High School, committed to Florida State Monday.
Harris was a Class 4A All-State pick after leading Washington to a Class 4A state title. Harris passed for 2,576 yards and 33 TDs with only seven INTs while rushing for another 751 yards and 15 scores. His college offers include Arizona, Boston College, Central Florida, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Miami, Marshall, Ole Miss and South Florida. He is a consensus four-star recruit.
Harris is coming in as a quarterback, but profiles as an excellent corner or slot receiver at 5'11 and 180 pounds. He will have the opportunity to prove himself at QB.

"I felt comfortable with them and it felt like a home to me," Harris said.
"I just like it, I love it," Harris added. "They are a great school."

"They are taking me as a quarterback," he said.
"I don't have nothing to prove. It's just football, you know. I will do what I can do."
Harris is Florida State's 18th commitment in the class of 2014, and the 10th to be rated as four-stars or better by an average of the four major services.
