Florida State Men’s basketball reacts to victory over Florida

The guys react to another victory over UF.

On Sunday, Florida State Men’s basketball defeated the Gators for the third consecutive season by a final score of 83-78. The ‘Noles out-rebounded its opposition 42-34 and got 19 points from its bench that included eight from Trent Forrest and another six from Braian Angola-Rodas.

Sophomore Dwayne Bacon led all scorers with 24 points and talked about how he was able to find success against a UF defense that gave the ‘Noles trouble throughout the first half:

Senior center Michael Ojo only made one field goal, however went a perfect 6-6 from the free throw line and grabbed seven rebounds. Ojo has improved his free throw percentage greatly from his 2014 mark of 38%, to 75% through 11 games in his final season.

Terance Mann hauled in a double-double in the victory over UF. The sophomore had 16 points on 6-10 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds to go along with two assists.
