On Thursday, just one day before the Orange Bowl is scheduled to be played, Florida State football head coach Jimbo Fisher addressed the media for more than 30 minutes.
There were a wide variety of both on and off the field topics. Fisher spoke briefly on recruiting between the two schools with Michigan notorious for attempting to get commitments from players in the state of Florida. The head coach also talked about how he has seen Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh on the trail.
Fisher answered a question about the momentum of the team who has been playing well of late, coming back against teams like NC State and defeating Florida comfortably. The seven-year coach at FSU replied that he believed the turnaround began with the game vs. Miami and that he jokingly wished the Orange Bowl could be played the week right after that Florida game.

In Jim Harbaugh’s portion of the presser, he had some pretty hot takes about oranges —- yes, oranges.
