Florida State’s official injury report ahead of its matchup with the Louisville Cardinals was a case of good news/bad news, depending on which side of the ball you ask about.
Offensively, FSU will be without significant wide receiver depth once again on Saturday as Keith Gavin (ankle) and George Campbell (hip) will both be out after missing last week’s game at Duke.
On the other side of the ball, there are a few new additions to the report as defensive tackles Cedric Wood and Darvin Taylor II will both miss Saturday’s game. Safety Calvin Brewton, who played in a reserve role against Duke, is questionable with an ankle injury.
However, the better news for the Seminoles is that outside linebacker Jacob Pugh and safety Trey Marshall, both of whom missed the Duke game with concussions, were not included on the report and will be active, per Fisher.
