Look out— these Eagles have grown some talons.

As far as kickoff times go, this one was always a given. Ever since the schedule was released earlier this year, we knew that the Seminoles and the Eagles would get it on under the lights in Chestnut Hill’s Alumni Stadium.

After all, this game scheduled for October 27 is a Friday game, and as is such, there will be Friday night lights—specifically, at 8 pm. Aside from the primetime spotlight, though, the question now concerns which team will provide the most highlights, and the preseason answer to that question isn’t necessarily the obvious one anymore.

While the ’Noles will enter the game with just two wins and four losses on the season, BC is just a pair of victories away from bowl eligibility and is one of the hottest teams in the ACC. After starting 0-3 in conference, Boston College has caught fire on offense of late, having notched 45 points to beat the Louisville team that just downed FSU before, most recently, hanging 41 on Virginia in a 31-point trouncing of the Cavaliers.
