FSU releases depth chart for Duke game

It’s like splitting aces.

Florida State has, once again, elected to stick with the same old DC. Oh, by DC, I mean depth chart— not defensive coordinator (although that works, too). The Seminoles have once again declined to make any changes in the depth that they distribute in their game notes each Monday.

So here’s FSU, a 1-3 team for the first time since 1976, essentially pulling the football equivalent of Austin Powers standing pat with five while playing Blackjack. Still no D.J. Matthews at WR or on special teams. Tamorrion Terry listed as a backup, but being passed over for Jared Jackson. Dontavious Jackson remaining absent after the latest installment of the will-he-or-won’t-he-play saga. And a doubling-down on Tarvarus McFadden as the first stringer for watching catchable punts bounce 15 yards downfield. Because Jimbo Fisher also likes to live dangerously.
