On Thursday, Florida State football head coach Jimbo Fisher elected not to release an injury report which is only mandatory for conference games. While he did announce an injury report for the season opener against SEC powerhouse Alabama, the FSU head coach may withhold the reports for the rest of the season.
We got a glimpse during pregame warmups vs. Delaware State of who was and was not dressed out. This is usually a good indication of if that player will participate in the game.
Tight end Mavin Saunders was among those not dressed out in pregame warmups. He has not missed a game all season.
Defensive back Trey Marshall was another player not dressed out pregame. He had been dealing with concussion-like symptoms earlier this season that forced him to miss FSU’s contest vs. Duke earlier this season. It is not clear why he was not dressed out on Saturday ahead of DSU.
Here is the list of players who were ruled out for the season:
WR George Campbell (hip)
OL Landon Dickerson (ankle)
QB Deondre Francois (knee)
OL Baveon Johnson (knee)
OL Jauan Williams (shoulder)
