On Tuesday, Florida State football will holds its annual Pro Day which is the last showcase for former Seminoles to put on in front of NFL scouts.
Among the participants are RB Dalvin Cook and WR Travis Rudolph, both who declared early. The duo will join seniors DE DeMarcus Walker, QB Sean Maguire, WR Jesus Wilson, WR/KR Kermit Whitfield, OL Kareem Are, OL Rod Johnson, FB Freddie Stevenson, DB Marquez White, RB Steven Williams, TE Kevin Hapela and DB Tyler Hunter who are all scheduled to participate in the workout.
The event is slated to start at 9:15 AM with the evaluation period that measures height, weight, arm and hand size, and sit and reach distance.
At 10:00 AM the OL, DL, TE and LB groups will perform their vertical jump while the RB, DB, RB, QB, and SP position groups will be performing the broad jump. The groups will then switch following the completion.
At 10:30 AM, the 40-yard dash will be tested.
at 10:50 AM, the 40-yard dash times are scheduled to be announced and released.
At 11:00 AM, the OL, DL, TE and LB groups will perform the pro agility test with the other groups going to the three-cone drill. At both drills, players will have two attempts each. Once the groups are completed, they will flip to the other drill.
The bench press is scheduled to start at 11:20 AM in two separate groups. The OL, DL, TE and LB will be preceded by the RB, DB, RB, QB, and SP positions.
Position drills will start at 11:45 AM and will last for 15 minutes each. DBs will go from 11:45 AM - 12:00 PM, DL from 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM, LB from 12:15 PM - 12:30 PM, QB/WR/OL/TE/RB at 12:30 PM - 12:45 PM with kicker/punter finishing at 12:45 PM - 1:00 PM.
The event is scheduled to be finished at 2 PM.
