Florida State defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi s entering his final year of eligibility at FSU. The senior spoke about what that means to him and why he’s not trying to overthink anything.
“I feel great to be back again, but then again I feel bad because its my last year. Saying that, I have a purpose everyday to go out out...I do think about it sometimes, but at the same time we have to think about things we can control.”
Nnandi, a fierce and successful competitor, has been known as a funny and good person to be around, however when he puts that football helmet on, a whole different person comes out.
“The trenches aren’t for the faint of heart. You gotta get in the mud...It’s a mans game, you just gotta do what you gotta do.”
