Due to the aftermath of Hurricane Irma in Miami, the Sun-Sentinal reports that the Miami Hurricanes will be forced to move its practices to Orlando due to the conditions on campus. Their game vs. Toledo next Saturday is still on as scheduled.

University of Louisiana-Monroe could be feeling financial effects from last week’s game cancellation according to a local TV station. The payout for ULM was expected to be $1.35 million. If the game was cancelled however, the team that cancelled would be forced to pay $1 million to the other school. However, there was a clause for Hurricanes in which ULM will now receive nothing.

247Sports caught up with Apopka High School offensive tackle, William Barnes, on where he plans to take official visits to this Fall. Among those schools he will visit is Florida State. Barnes, is listed as the No. 6 offensive tackle, No. 10 in the state of Florida, and No. 51 recruit in the nation.

With Hurricane Irma now past Florida, Jameis Winston has pledged to match $50,000 donations to hurricane relief efforts.
