Florida State Jimbo Fisher press conference updates: NC State

Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher will be holding his weekly press conference at 1 PM on Monday.

Lets try this again— Florida State will play its home opener this upcoming Saturday vs. NC State. The ’Noles had its last two games, both scheduled at home, either cancelled or rescheduled due to Hurricane Irma.

The two week layoff has given more time for true freshman QB James Blackman to prepare for his first collegiate start following Deondre Francois’ season ending injury suffered against Alabama.

NC State comes into Saturday’s matchup already with three games under its belt, going 2-1. It will be 0-1 Florida State’s first game in three weeks.
