Brian Burns describes the FSU locker room post NC State loss as ‘depressed’

What Florida State Brian Burns had to say on FSU’s second loss of 2017.

In Florida State’s 27-21 loss to NC State, sophomore defensive end Brian Burns had a nice game for himself, making six tackles, 2.5 for loss, and even blocking a punt. His efforts weren't enough however as the ’Noles wound up on the losing side of the scoreboard.

When asked about the current mood of the locker room, Burns described it in just one word, “depressed.”

Florida State hasn’t lost two straight games to open the season in nearly 30 years.

It was noticeable in the post game presser room that the players were disappointed and felt like they could have done a good job.

Burns also touched on Bradley Chubb spitting on the midfield Florida State logo postgame, saying it was disrespectful among other things.
