The number of national outlets projecting Florida State to qualify for postseason play have doubled since the Seminoles’ win over Wake Forest. That’s right: they’ve gone from one to two.
USA Today once again has the ’Noles bowling, but no longer in the Sun Bowl against Arizona State. This time they’ve Florida State in Charlotte’s Belk Bowl, to be played on December 29 at noon. The forecasted opponent: the South Carolina Gamecocks.
And Sport Illustrated is also now buying into FSU’s chances of extending its bowl streak. They see the Seminoles heading north to the Military Bowl in Annapolis, Maryland. This game is played on December 31, also at noon. SI sees the ’Noles facing off against Army.
