There weren’t too many bright spots to be found during Florida State’s drubbing at the hands of NC State. However, if one were to look for a silver lining in that heaping pile of disappointment, the impressive performance of wide receiver Tamorrion Terry has to be at the top of the list.
Terry had 142 yards and 2 touchdowns...on only 5 total catches. His 28.4 yards per catch average was the highest on the team by a wide margin. Additionally, Terry had some other impressive plays that were wiped out by Seminole offensive penalties.
Tomahawk Nation caught up with Terry after the game to capture his thoughts on what exactly happened in Raleigh against the Wolfpack.
On how he felt that the additional opportunities affected his performance:
“I feel like nobody can stop me. I feel like we just need to execute more on offense, you know, everybody play 100%. We’ll be good.”
Terry’s thought’s on starting quarterback James Blackman:
“Great guy. I love J-Black at quarterback. I love Dre (Deondre Francois) too, but that’s a great guy (Blackman) coming out there for Dre and trying to get everything done.”
