Football
Chase drills began this week, and a certain star running back spoke directly to the team afterwards.
It looks like the first people to speak to Florida State’s team after the first day of Chase drills were head coach Willie Taggart, Mario Edwards...

Speaking of Cam Akers, remember when he broke Dalvin Cook’s freshman rushing record this past year? Yea, it doesn’t seem like he’s slowing down anytime soon with his sights set at 2,000 yards.
“The first day Akers went to meet Donte’ Pimpleton, the running backs coach asked what Akers’ goals were.
Akers simply told him, ‘No. 1, a championship. No. 2, rush for 2,000 yards.’
‘Let’s do it,’ Pimpleton said. ‘I’m going to get you there.’”
Recruiting
Staying ahead of the game, the Seminoles offered c/o 2021 linebacker Terrod Kearse out of Fort Myers (Fla.) Dunbar. This is Kearse’s first official offer.
