FSU-Louisville kickoff time announced

We haven’t been sequestered to nooners for the rest of the season just yet.

It was announced that the Seminoles’ week five road game against the Louisville Cardinals will kickoff at 3:30 pm and will be broadcast on either ESPN2 or ESPNU.

Florida State, already off to a rough start, have struggled against the Cardinals in recent years. Behind the leadership of Heisman winner Lamar Jackson, Louisville has beaten the Seminoles each of the last two years with a blowout, 60-23 victory over FSU at Louisville in 2016 and escaping Doak with a 31-28 victory last year.

Louisville has had struggles of their own to start the season after suffering an opening day walloping at the hands of Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide.=, and Lamar Jackson isn’t running out of that tunnel, so quit asking.

The Cardinals rebounded with wins over Indiana State and a close, 20-17 win over Willie Taggarts Alma Mater, Western Kentucky. These victories aren’t over powerhouse programs, but they are victories.

The ‘Noles will host NIU this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. before making the trip to Louisville the following week.
