FSU football announces uniforms for Northern Illinois game

Florida State football has returned to Tallahassee following a forgettable road experience against the Syracuse Orange last Saturday. This Saturday, the Seminoles will host their third home game of the 2018 season, as they welcome the Northern Illinois Huskies.

And the ’Noles will stick to a classic look in doing so, as they’ve announced that they’ll be sporting the traditional home uniforms: gold helmet, garnet jersey, gold pants. Despite concerns from some fans about myriad uniform combinations, after donning the all-black look for its opener against Virginia Tech, FSU has worn the standard home and away uniforms for every game since. Of course, the uniforms have been the least of the factors playing into how poorly the Seminoles have looked on the field. It’s gotten to the point where fans really need to prioritize what they’re complaining about, given the long list of options at this juncture of the season.
