Given the debacle against Virginia Tech, it probably comes as a surprise to no one that several changes have been made to the Florida State depth chart for the Seminoles second game, a Saturday night home game against the Samford Bulldogs.
First, some light housekeeping. Following the announced transfer of Bailey Hockman, he’s been removed from the mix, and James Blackman is now listed as the only other quarterback on the depth chart below Deondre Francois.
Out wide, one receiver spot had been listed as a three-way tie between Ontaria Wilson, Tre’Shaun Harrison, and Tamorrion Terry, but a leader has emerged. Terry is now listed as the lone starter at the position, with Wilson and Harrison tied below him.
But the biggest shakeup comes up front, with changes to the offensive line depth. With previous starting right tackle Landon Dickerson injured, he’s no longer on the depth chart. Derrick Kelly II, who had started at left guard, has slid over to the top spot there, and Brady Scott remains the backup. At LG, converted defender Arthur Williams is now listed as the starter, with Christian Meadows behind him. Meadows is the only true freshman listed on the OL depth.
No changes were made to either the defensive or special teams depth.
