For Alec Eberle, this is it: a final chance to wear the Seminole spear on his helmet. Eberle, who just finished his redshirt-senior year with Florida State, will be the lone representative for the ’Noles in today’s East-West Shrine Game in St. Petersburg, Florida.

From Mechanicsville, Virginia, Eberle fought tirelessly for the garnet and gold during his time in the garnet and gold. He redshirted during his freshman year of 2014, then started six games in 2015, while seeing time in 10 contests. He then started every game from 2016-2018, playing through injury in doing so. Eberle was a regular among FSU players released to the media during that span, and for good reason. He consistently served as a fine representative of his team and university.

Eberle will suit up as part of the East roster, wearing his familiar No. 54. The 94th East-West Shrine Game will air this afternoon at 3 pm, on NFL Network.
