The Florida State Seminoles will hold its weekly press conference after losing to the Clemson Tigers in Death Valley on Saturday in a contest where the ’Noles looked overwhelmed for a majority of the contest. Florida State suffered a major or minor blow depending on how you look at it when wide receiver Keyshawn Helton went down with an apparent knee injury. Florida State is stacked at the position, but Helton is a hard-working player that the Seminoles (and myself) definitely didn’t want to lose. Taggart said Helton is likely out for the season during the post-game, but we are hoping to get a clarification on the injury in Monday’s weekly press conference.
Florida State is preparing to hit the road again this week as the Seminoles head to Winston-Salem, North Carolina to play the Demon Deacons. FSU opened as the underdog, but Vegas expects this one to be kept close and Wake Forest lost for the first time this season to Louisville, 62-59 at home on Saturday.
Stay tuned, as we provide updates in the comments section below.
