After being optioned last week and a possible primetime kickoff on the table, we now know the kick time for the Seminoles matchup against the Hurricanes, and hopefully you prefer the afternoon.
Florida State will take on Miami in their annual rivalry game at 3:30 p.m. with the game being broadcast on either ABC or ESPN.
FSU is coming off of a dominant win over Syracuse in which Cam Aker’s tied the school record for single game rushing touchdowns.
Meanwhile, the Hurricanes rode their defense and a late touchdown pass from Jarren Williams, who replaced N’Kosi Perry halfway through the game, to a 16-12 victory over Pitt.
Normally, this would be a “throw the records out the window” game, but that’s hard to do when both teams have have been middling through their schedules and both enter this year’s contest at 4-4.
A win in a heated rivalry game would mean a lot for either team, not only for bragging rights as the Hurricanes have won the past two years, but down the stretch as both are still chasing bowl eligibility.
