Football:
Head coach Willie Taggart is asking more from his players this offseason. That includes everyone from the veterans to 2018 scout team players like QB Nolan McDonald and WR Warren Thompson.
The adjustment period to the up-tempo offense desired by Taggart and new OC Kendal Briles has been much less severe than it was last year at this time.
FSU had a hard time generating much from the running game on early downs in 2018, which is a problem that the team will try to fix in the upcoming season.
