Florida State football, recruiting news: FSU vs. Georgia is scheduled and on the books

The 2 marquee programs have agreed to a home and home series starting in 2027.

Big news from the Florida State football program yesterday, as interim AD David Coburn announced that the Seminoles have agreed to a home and home series with the University of Georgia. The Bulldogs will travel to Tallahassee to open the 2027 season, and the ’Noles will return the favor on September 16th, 2028. writer Joan Niesen lists FSU as one of 12 teams with a QB battle that should last beyond spring practice. Other teams mentioned in the article are Auburn, Miami, and Boise State.
