Big news from the Florida State football program yesterday, as interim AD David Coburn announced that the Seminoles have agreed to a home and home series with the University of Georgia. The Bulldogs will travel to Tallahassee to open the 2027 season, and the ’Noles will return the favor on September 16th, 2028.

SI.com writer Joan Niesen lists FSU as one of 12 teams with a QB battle that should last beyond spring practice. Other teams mentioned in the article are Auburn, Miami, and Boise State.

The team’s social media account debuted the 2019 poster.

Where would Duke basketball phenom Zion Williamson best fit if he played college football? Head coach Willie Taggart had a simple answer to that question...everywhere.

Recruiting:

4-star linebacker prospect Jayion McCluster released an edit of his top 3 teams that included Florida State. McCluster is a 2020 recruit that plays for Largo High School in Largo, FL.

Tribe20 QB commit Jeff Sims thinks McCluster’s decision is already a foregone conclusion.

P.J. Williams has signed a deal with the Saints.
