Early look at 2020 NFL Draft has pair of Seminoles in top 100

2020’s NFL Draft should be better for FSU than 2019’s.

The 2019 NFL Draft is hardly behind us, but that never stops prognosticating about the next crop of college stars to cash pro paychecks. And an early CBSSports.com look at next year’s board includes a pair of Seminoles possibly being selected within the first few rounds.

Chris Trapasso has Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa as the top prospect of the 2020 NFL Draft, with Florida State running back Cam Akers ranked 58th and Seminole defensive tackle Marvin Wilson at No. 94. Of course, Trapasso is making the assumption that Akers and Wilson, who will both be juniors for the 2019 college football season, will forego their final year of amateur eligibility with the ’Noles. It doesn’t seem like too much of a leap to make.

There is one UF player on the list, cornerback C.J. Henderson, and no players from Miami. Here’s the link to the entire top 100. Seeing any snubs for FSU? Maybe Tamorrion Terry?
