Florida State has certainly been no stranger to playing under the lights in 2019— and that won’t change next weekend, when the Seminoles will play host to the North Carolina State Wolfpack in a primetime showdown commencing at 7:30 pm.
NC State has been a thorn in FSU’s side time and again, so it’s probably a good thing that this is a home game. A night game in Raleigh would just mean more time for NCSU fans to get lit, and that much hydration would have only served to increase the volume of the urine-filled balloons they enjoy lobbing at opposing fans.
This game is an important send-off of sorts for the ’Noles. It comes right before their first off two bye weekends; and then a trip to Clemson looms. That said, this winnable game will be important to pick up before that stretch. Maybe the evening kick will help increase attendance.
