It’s taking shape...

If you notice something familiar about the beginning of the latest Nolecast, that’s for good reason, as Bud and Ingram are back on the mic with an introductory tune from yesteryear.

The guys dissect how Florida State football and head coach Mike Norvell did a nice job filling out the Seminoles’ coaching staff. That includes dispelling the somewhat popular yet ultimately dubious notion that the ’Noles were plucking too many coaches from the G5 ranks.

This transitions naturally into a discussion of the notorious transfer portal— specifically discussed are the Seminoles departing Tallahassee and those who could find their way to FSU. The final touches to 2020’s recruiting class are discussed as well.

And of course, Bud and Ingram hit on the early success of Florida State’s top-10 men’s basketball program, as well as some “smaller” sports in which the ’Noles have set themselves up for success.
