Florida State head coach Mike Norvell speaks after day 2 of spring practice

Head coach Mike Norvell met with the media following the Seminoles’ second spring practice. Norvell spoke on the progress from day one and how the players are making improvements, but so are the coaching staff and managers. He also spoke on the importance of putting mental stress on the players so they know how to react when it’s game-time. Norvell makes a point to stay on players and stress the little things. New offensive coordinator Kenny Dillingham also spoke to the media. Dillingham discussed Norvell’s process of preparing the coaches for every practice, and the little details he wants them to cover. He also mentioned the importance of tight ends in this offense. He talked about this team’s drive to be great, but the adversity they’ll face over the next couple months.
