Recruiting:
FSU just landed Mississippi State transfer defensive tackle Fabian Lovett. How do you feel about Norvell and company landing a player like Lovett? Would you say you....like it?
Just last week Tomahawk profiled Trinity Catholic OL Jake Slaughter and interviewed him. Then on Sunday we put together a rundown of Florida State’s recruiting efforts for interior offensive linemen.
Then wouldn’t you know it, Slaughter made it official yesterday afternoon by committing to the ’Noles.
Tomahawk’s Josh Pick interviewed FSU QB commit Luke Altmyer, and asked Altmyer about his recruitment, what stuck out to him about Norvell, and what he feels his strengths and weaknesses are as a passer.
Altmyer also had a reaction to Slaughter’s commitment:

Florida State makes the top six for receiver Chauncey Magwood.
Stud 2023 defensive end Peter Woods, who already holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, adds one more from FSU.
2023 Georgia legacy Justin Benton is already 6’2 250 lbs and is keeping his options open.
It’s crazy — we’re all locked down but recruiting isn’t even slowing. Catch up on everything in our recruiting thread.
Football:
Despite adversity, Norvell is focused on returning FSU to greatness. That extends to the players as well, as despite the limitations imposed by the coronavirus they are pushing each other to be accountable for workouts and film study.

There’s still time to cast your vote for the Elite Eight of the best football players in Florida State history. Who deserves to be among the Final Four?
Can’t stop the enthusiasm:
It’s all coming together for us... Continue To Climb!!! #DaStateBabyyy

At first Andrew Boselli kept his coronavirus diagnosis to himself, but he now credits his coaches, training staff, and teammates.

Other Sports:
Coach Ham talked about three keys to his program and the culture he cultivates to turn his team into a family and simultaneously get the most out of their potential:

Ham also recently chatted with the Boosters.
You, the reader, get input into who makes the bracket for the best Men’s Basketball players in school history. There are 16 players up for at-large consideration in two at-large pools. The top four vote-getters in each pool will get seeded, and then the madness begins. You can vote on the Garnet pool here, and the Gold pool here.
Always got time to keep an eye on our conference enemies:
Breaking: Virginia lands Rice transfer Trey Murphy III, he told @Stockrisers. “It’s really a storied program with a tradition of winning and successful development, and I want to be apart of that.” | Story: https://t.co/VoAh4iDf7J pic.twitter.com/bTn5Uc57pl

Cam Akers makes the top five at his position in the NFL Draft, per one scout. Where do you see Akers getting drafted?

Nobody puts out the elite defensive back talent the way Florida State does. Antonio Cromartie feels the same way:
Just want to leave this up for you perpetrators. The real #DBU. https://t.co/9PgQd7Ylp0
