Florida State Seminoles football is scheduled to take on No. 12 Miami-Florida Hurricanes in a primetime matchup on Saturday — and is set to do so without its first year head coach.
It was announced Sunday that Mike Norvell had tested positive for coronavirus, thus forcing him to quarantine over the next 14 days — which, of course, includes the Miami game.
Between the uncertainty there, as well as the weirdness of the offseason, we’re heading into a more-abnormal-than-usual FSU vs. Miami game, especially considering the game is taking place outside the customary October matchup.
To help preview the game, we’re joined by State of the U site manager Cam Underwood, who you have likely seen tweeting from the site’s account at some point. He talks what Miami has changed and done differently both as a program and scheme wise with the arrival of offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee and quarterback D’Eriq King, what his predictions for the game are and of course, how much he loves hearing the warchant.
