We’re just four days away from Florida State kicking off against Georgia Tech and we got a short peak into FSU’s prep for the Yellow Jackets today. Mike Norvell was once again pleased with practice today, but still wants to see some more development of the fundamentals and little things before Saturday afternoon.
Norvell is also excited to get started and reach the standard at Florida State on Saturday. He said, “We are at one of the most iconic programs in college football. The standard and expectations, that’s something we embrace. We run out of that tunnel, we say yes to that standard and those expectations.”
Florida State is going to feature a lot of guys on Saturday, not just the starters. On rotating guys in, Norvell said, “We’ll play as many guys as we need to to make us successful, on offense, defense, and special teams. If you earn the right to play, you’re going to play.”
