Florida State Seminoles football announced its uniform combo against the Jacksonville State Gamecocks — and FSU is opting for its classic color combo — garnet and gold.
“Obviously we have one of the great uniform combinations and traditions in all of college football,” head coach Mike Norvell said during media availability in August.
“I think as we move forward, you could see some different combinations...That is something we will always evaluate and make sure that our uniform is celebrated as one of the greatest in all of college football. We want to represent our wonderful tradition.”
It’s the first time this season that FSU is rocking its traditional look — Florida State wore the all-garnets in the season opener against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and all-whites against Miami-Florida Hurricanes.
