For the second game in a row, the Florida State Seminoles football team will be wearing an alternate uniform combination.
After wearing all-garnet September 12th in the opener against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, FSU will feature another alternate tonight in their second game of the season.
The Noles will be donning the all-white uniform combination (white jerseys, white pants) against the No. 12 Miami-Florida Hurricanes tonight at 7:30 p.m.
Florida State fans woke up to some good news this morning as the traditional dynasty-era and early-2000’s helmets were perched facing Miami’s helmet in front of the ‘College Gameday’ logo. Furthering the rumor were prominent fans on twitter confirming the possible use of the classic helmets.

Normally synonymous with golden pants, FSU will likely revert back to a traditional look next week against Jacksonville State. Noles faithful will also look forward to seeing the conventional garnet-and-gold back for the first time with white numbers since 2013’s BCS National Championship season.
