Florida State football head coach Mike Norvell has been busy in the transfer portal. The first line of business was addressing the quarterback position when he brought in former UCF quarterback McKenzie Milton, who we’ve already broken down some film of here, but he wasn’t done there.
He has since addressed some dire problems in the secondary with Jammie Robinson, Jarques McClellion, and Brandon Moore, he has spent some time fortifying the defensive line with Keir Thomas and Jermaine Johnson, and he has strengthened an already formidable runningback room with DJ Williams.
So what can FSU fans expect from this new crop of experienced players? Today the guys of the Triple Option take a look at a few SEC transfers as we watch a 2019 game between South Carolina and Auburn where Jammie Robinson and Keir Thomas combined for 15 tackles and two sacks and then take a quick look at the potential upside provided by Auburn runningback transfer DJ Williams.
