Due to the circumstances with Covid-19, Mike Norvell did not have a spring game during his first semester in Tallahassee. Instead, the Seminoles held a virtual spring game, as offensive line coach Alex Atkins beat former defensive lineman Wally Aime by a score of 45-38.
The Seminoles will have lots of new faces, incoming freshmen and transfers, to show off come April. We’ll see former UCF Knights quarterback McKenzie Milton in Norvell’s offense and in Doak Campbell Stadium for the first time, as he’s been cleared for football action.
Other transfers making their debut include South Carolina Gamecocks defensive lineman Keir Thomas and defensive back Jammie Robinson, Georgia Bulldogs defensive lineman Jermaine Johnson, Arkansas Razorbacks defensive back Jarques McClellion, and Auburn Tigers running back D.J. Williams.
It remains to be seen if UCF defensive back Brandon Moore will have physical clearance by then.
