Florida State football is about to get underway against the Syracuse Orange as the ‘Noles look for their first win of the season. The Seminoles will turn to Jordan Travis as the starting quarterback today, as he was announced the starter on the video board during pre-game. Today will be Travis’ first start since the opening game against Notre Dame. He was unavailable during last week’s game due to injuries. Last week, he had a brace on his right knee, but he has no brace today.
In Travis’ last game, he was 5-6 for 107 yards and two touchdowns against Wake Forest. For the season, he’s 14-28 for 237 yards, four touchdowns, and four interceptions. He’s also ran for one touchdown.
All five of FSU’s quarterbacks are available today, as each went through warmups. Chubba Purdy took the first reps with the second team. The Seminoles and Orange are set to kickoff at 3:33 PM on ACC Network.
