Florida State football is set to kick off in about thirty minutes against the NC State Wolfpack. Prior to the game, there were reports that 20-25 players would not be available for the Seminoles. Despite that, the Seminoles are pretty healthy outside of their QB1. 22 of FSU’s 25 offensive players on the two-deep are available. 27 of FSU’s 29 defensive players on the two-deep are available. Who is available and not available from every position group:
Quarterbacks: QB Jordan Travis is not available as he was not observed during pre-game warmups. Noles247 reported that he is one of the players dealing with the flu. McKenzie Milton, Tate Rodemaker, and walk-on Gino English are FSU’s three available QB’s. Milton was announced as the starter.
Running backs: Lawrance Toafili is the only scholarship running back unavailable. Toafili, who had a remarkable touchdown at Clemson, was injured on the last play of the game last week. Corey Wren, who has been out the last few weeks, is available and will likely get action in the kick return game.
Wide receivers: All of Florida State’s wide receivers on the two deep are available.
Tight ends: Camren McDonald, who missed most of the second half against Clemson, is available. Despite McDonald being available, Jordan Wilson was announced as the starting TE.
Offensive line: All of FSU’s starting offensive line is available. Top reserve Baveon Johnson is not available. Despite all five starting OL being dressed out in pre-game, Brady Scott was announced as the starting LG.
Defensive line: Leonard Warner is dressed out for the first time this season and will be available. Everybody on the two deep on the DL is available.
Linebackers: All linebackers are dressed out and available.
Defensive backs: BUCK safety Sidney Williams will miss his third straight game. CB Travis Jay is not available, while CB Meiko Dotson is available for the first time in a few games. Renardo Green will also make his return after missing the last three games.
Special teams: All of Florida State’s punters, long snappers, and kickers on the two deep are available. Jay is the only returner not available.
Kickoff is set for 4:03 PM and the game will be televised on ACC Network. FSU will be wearing gold helmets, black jerseys, and gold pants.
