Updated with video: Hear from FSU head coach Mike Norvell and several players as the Spring Game is under 2 weeks away

FSU Sports Information

Only two more weeks of spring practice are left until Florida State takes the field for their Spring Game on April 10. Today after practice we are scheduled to speak with FSU head coach Mike Norvell, an assistant coach to be named, and several players.

You can follow along in the comments section where I’ll have live quotes from today’s press conference around 6:30 (tentative). We’ll also have updates on our Twitter.

Over the weekend, FSU held their second scrimmage of the spring and Norvell plus both coordinators gave their thoughts on the performance from the team. In case you missed it, FSU also released video of Saturday’s scrimmage.

Defensive coordinator Adam Fuller was pleased with the the way the defense improved from the first scrimmage a couple weeks back.

“Last week the offense came out and they did a great job. This week, we communicated better. We did a better job of caging the quarterback. We won one on ones. We’ve got some good coaches on offense and defense,” Fuller said. “There are several one on one battles each play, and you play with the right technique and effort, that’s what it comes down to.”
