Schertz (Texas) Samuel Clemens four-star wide receiver Tommy Bush is visiting Florida State Thursday, according to a report by ESPN’s Gerry Hamilton. Florida State offered bush shortly after his star performance in the February Nike Opening Camp in Houston. He is an Under Armour All-America Game Selection.
Florida State needs to take a few receiver this year, and Bush is a very good one at 6’4.5 and 180 pounds.
Lov showing special players around this beautiful campus! #FloridaState

That’s his recruiter, Tim Brewster.
I’ve been a fan of Bush since seeing him at the Nike camp, back when he was ranked much lower than his Texas contemporaries, despite showing he very clearly belonged as an elite receiver with speed and size.
It’s an encouraging sign for Florida State that they got him on campus during the summer. Oklahoma, Baylor, Texas A&M, and Alabama have all also offered Bush. We’ll see what comes of his visit, but FSU fans have to be happy that he made it.
