Welcome back to another week of updates on Florida State recruits and targets' performances in the last week's games. It's a little different feel this week as several games were canceled due to Hurricane Irma.
On that note, let's start off with a positive story about current 2018 linebacker commit, Amari Gainer. He and his Chiles teammates helped load sandbags for anyone in need this past weekend. Great to see the young men volunteering and helping others.

One particular player in action this past week was 2018 running back commit, Charles Strong. He helped lead Union County to a 29-21 victory over Interlachen. Strong put on a monster performance with 264 rushing yards in the game. Strong had three rushing touchdowns in the victory, including the highlight below which was tweeted out by Noles247.

Marquez Ezzard, a 2018 commit, had a touchdown run to give Stockbridge a 13-7 lead and win over Dutchman. Ezzard also had a punt return for a touchdown that was unfortunately called back by a penalty. Check out the punt return below.

Other 2019 commits are safety Kenyatta Watson II and defensive tackle Tru Thompson. These two helped lead Grayson's defense in the 22-9 over John Curtis Christian. Below is a video of Watson II shutting down the edge on a run.

One final result was St Pius X's 56-13 blowout over Seally. Jalen Curry, a 2019 wide receiver commit, had a big night with 11 receptions for 144 yards and two touchdowns. Throwing those passes to him was 2019 quarterback target, Grant Gunnell, who had an eye popping 579 yards passing and seven touchdown passes.
That's all for this week. If you know of any other stats, let us know in the comments. Keep tuning in every week for updates on #Tribe18 and the future.
