Tallahassee, Fla. — I chatted with defensive end Khris Bogle shortly after he left his short FSU visit. The four-star Ft. Lauderdale (Fla.) Cardinal Gibbons defensive end stopped in for a few hours on his way home from visiting Tennessee and Louisville, along with teammate Jamari Williams, who is committed to Louisville.
Bogle acknowledged that FSU sort of “fell off” with him after the spring game, where he visited with his mom.
Asked if FSU was back to where it was in the spring, Bogle said FSU is “still trying to build.”
The common belief is that Tennessee and Miami are standing out for Bogle, but he said that his group of schools is bigger than that. He also has interest in Louisville.
Bogle won’t decide until National Signing Day. He wants to make sure that he is making the right decision and is not in a rush to commit.
Bogle confirmed he is on the way home and won’t be stopping anywhere else Saturday.
He will officially visit Texas A&M in September, and his other four official visit destinations remain open.
