There are no points for second place in the recruiting world. But you can’t land a prospect unless you’re in his group of finalists, and today Florida State made the cut for an elite local defensive back.
I’ve been enjoying the recruitment process but here is the 7 schools I will be focusing on. #LLG #LL32 #LLN

Ahmari Harvey (5’10.5, 171) is a junior at Tallahassee’s Florida State University School, where he’s considered the nation’s No. 5 safety for the 2021 class. Harvey is also presently considered the No. 22 prospect from Florida for next year, and the 172nd best recruit in the country, overall. He recently tweeted a top-7 graphic, which included FSU.
This is far from a surprise. Early in the recruiting process, FSU had been considered by most to be the favorite to win Harvey’s services and keep him in Tallahassee, but now it appears as though the Gators could be the team to beat. He’s attended several Junior Days at Florida State and made a bunch of unofficial visits to campus as well since being offered by the Seminoles a little more than a year ago.
